Menominee Township Hall Rental Fees & Regulations

FEES

  • When the benefit meeting is for a worthy cause, the rental is free for the following entities: Schools, School Clubs, Churches, Church Organizations, Youth Groups (4-H, Scouts), Governmental Agencies (County Agricultural Agency), Charitable Groups, Organizations (Grange, Farmers Union), and Township Clubs / Organizations (Political Party Meetings).
    • Free 
  • Weddings, Wedding Anniversaries, and all other events where alcohol will be served.
    • Resident: $150.00
    • Non-Resident: $200.00
  • Showers (engagement, bridal, baby), Post Funeral Receptions, and all other events where no alcohol is served.
    • Resident: $50.00
    • Non-Resident: $100.00

Regulations

  • Anyone who rents the Menominee Township Hall shall provide the Township with a homeowner’s insurance policy number and the name of the carrier. An insurance rider with a higher liability limit will be required for events which will be serving alcohol.
  • Rental fees shall be paid at the time of reservation. Fees can be refunded only if the township is notified of the cancellation at least 30 days prior to the date of the reservation.
  • All renters will assume complete responsibility for all damages done to the hall and/or on the hall premises. Rental rules and clean up procedures are posted in the hall and shall be followed by anyone renting the hall.
  • The hall key is to be returned by leaving the key on the counter in the kitchen or a place designated by the Township upon renting the hall.
  • Lessee is responsible for seeing that all hall doors are locked when leaving the premises.
